Nice rooms. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Rooms were clean with good facilities. Hotel is about 5km from downtown but a taxi is only about £3. We didn't have time to use the pool.
Didn't like the breakfast and if you want a drink it's cheaper in the local bars and you'll get more entertainment.

We were excited to spend a romantic weekend away, and the hotel had a great price for the amenities offered. Even though the surrounding area was a bit secluded, the hotel shuttle was a lifesaver and made getting around much easier. the dinner we had at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the spa services were a perfect way to unwind.
the room was not clean - there were stains on the carpet and the bedding did not look fresh.

Convenient location across from Daegu Convention Centre. Large impressive foyer. Access to a couple of computers free of charge in foyer, including one with an English keyboard.
The hotel was listed as four star but not by Australian standards. Rooms very small, beds very hard, very little English spoken by staff which made communication very difficult. I thought the buffet breakfast was very poor, coffee undrinkable and rooms very hot and stuffy. Staff told us the air conditioning is turned off in October and heating turned on so we had to keep the very small window open to keep the temperature down to a managable level which made it very noisy at night. The pool was closed and empty, the sauna was in fact a bath house for men only and there was no fee wi-fi.

This hotel was perfect for my weekend getaway! The location was convenient for exploring the city and the room was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. I loved that there was a mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room, which made it easy to have a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby all weekend.
I did notice a few minor issues during my stay. The carpet in the room looked a bit tired and the bathroom could have used a bit more attention in terms of cleaning.
